Matthew Esmaeili

Matthew Esmaeili, PhD, currently serves as Senior Manager of Product Transfer at Cepheid since January 2022, following a role as Manager in the same department. As co-founder of ArtiCares since June 2017, Matthew has led significant initiatives, including reducing product costs and securing substantial seed funding. Matthew's previous experience includes positions at Sumitomo (SHI) Cryogenics of America, Inc. as Application Manager and Senior Application Engineer, and as Technology Manager at the Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore, where contributions to healthcare models and technologies were pivotal. Matthew has a strong academic background with a PhD from Nanyang Technological University, focusing on the compatibility of wrist exoskeletons, along with research stints at prestigious institutions like UPMC-Sorbonne Universities and Imperial College London.
