Bea Sennewald is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in international development and project management. Currently serving as Director of Projects at Article 25 since September 2017, Bea oversees a diverse portfolio of over 100 projects across 35 countries, focusing on sustainable designs for schools, medical facilities, and community buildings that enhance education and health outcomes in developing regions. Prior to this role, Bea operated as a self-employed architect in international development, specializing in healthcare projects in Africa, including clinical laboratories in Tanzania and a rural hospital in Zambia. Bea’s earlier career includes a significant tenure at HDR, where as Senior Vice President of European Operations, Bea successfully delivered numerous large-scale science and technology projects. Bea holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science from Antioch College.
