Director Of Design, Engineering, And Construction at Presidio Trust

Catherine Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Catherine is currently the Director of Design, Engineering, and Construction at Presidio Trust. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Development Director at Brookfield Properties, where they led the horizontal development team for the 28-acre Pier 70 project in San Francisco. Catherine also has experience working at Kaiser Permanente as the Senior Land Use Manager, handling entitlements and managing the commercial real estate portfolio for the Northern California region. Catherine also served as a Project Manager at the CCSF/Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, overseeing the San Francisco Mission Bay redevelopment project. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior-in-Charge at PlaceWorks, where they oversaw comprehensive planning projects, and as a Planning Associate at AECOM. Catherine began their career as a Business Incubator Associate at the North Carolina Technological Development Authority, Inc. Overall, Catherine Reilly has a strong background in design, development, entitlements, and project management within various industries.

Catherine Reilly holds a Master of Regional Planning degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Housing, and Community Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Catherine also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. During their education, Catherine spent a year abroad at the University of York, where they focused on Archeology. Additionally, they have several certifications including LEED Accredited Professional from the Green Building Certification Institute, Real Estate Salesperson from the California Bureau of Real Estate, Wilderness First Responder/CPR from the NOLS Wilderness Medicine Institute, Emergency Medical Responder from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, and they were a former member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
