Sarah Johnson is an experienced National Operations Specialist currently with Article Student Living since November 2023, previously holding the same title at CA Ventures from March 2021 to November 2023. With over 15 years in the property management industry, Sarah has supervised numerous properties and teams, including seven properties concurrently at both Campus Advantage and Asset Campus Housing. Responsibilities have encompassed strategic leadership during staff vacancies, training and managing site staff, financial oversight, conflict resolution, and executing successful resident transitions. Sarah holds a degree from Stephen F.
