Jesus Ponce

Jesus Ponce, GSP, is an experienced safety professional with a strong background in environmental health and safety. Currently serving as a Safety Coordinator at Article since November 2024, Jesus previously participated in the Environmental Health Safety Leadership Development Program at Owens Corning from June 2023 to October 2024. Prior roles include a position in Environmental Health Safety at Tesla in early 2023 and a similar role at Owens Corning in mid-2022. Jesus began a career in customer service as a Bank Teller at Shared Resources Credit Union from June 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included processing numerous transactions and training new staff. Jesus holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (2019-2023) and an Associate of Science in Physical Sciences from San Jacinto College (2017-2019).
