The name Artifact reflects our core belief: a home should be more than just a structure—it should be a meaningful, enduring record of the lives shaped within it. Like an artifact, it holds memory and intention. It’s shaped by care, rooted in context, and built to last.

As a small, owner-led studio, we take on a limited number of projects each year. This allows us to work closely with every client—staying hands-on and focused from first sketch to final detail. We prioritize thoughtful communication, close builder collaboration, and a design experience that feels as intentional as the home itself.
