Jaak Randmets

Jaak Randmets is a Product Engineer at Artificial Labs since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in software engineering from previous roles. At Cybernetica, from 2012 to April 2023, Randmets served as a Senior Software Engineer in the Sharemind team, specializing in privacy enhancing technologies, compiler engineering, and programming language design. Randmets also contributed as a Software Engineer, focusing on secure data analytics using Intel SGX technology, and as a Junior Researcher, designing domain-specific programming languages, including a version of SecreC. Earlier experience includes a Software Developer role at STACC, where Randmets extended compilers and analysis tools. Randmets earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Tartu in 2017, following a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution in 2012.
