Brian Burwell

Brian Burwell is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project coordination, currently serving as Vice-President of Project Coordination at Artimus Construction Inc since October 2011. In this role, Brian oversees all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with city agency approvals, conducting inspections, and securing Temporary and Final Certificates of Occupancy from the New York City Department of Buildings. Prior to this, Brian held positions as a Project Coordination Manager and Construction Project Coordinator at Urban Sherpa, and worked in data entry at Pierce Eislen, contributing to market research services for the commercial apartment industry. Brian began their career with an internship at Old World Communities, focusing on land acquisition and real estate development. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Housing and Community Development from Arizona State University and graduated from Culver Military Academy Prep School.
