Elaine Schultz

Elaine Schultz has worked at Artio Medical, Inc. since 2022 as a Supplier Quality Engineer. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Stryker as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, where they prioritized an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met, developed and implemented supplier development initiatives, and evaluated suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance. Elaine also worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Stryker from 2016 to 2017, where they provided quality oversight of product/process change requests from suppliers and utilized problem solving quality tools. In 2016, they were an Intern at Stryker in MS Ops Commodity Management-Supplier Audits. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Lifeguard at Sparrow Health System. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Lifeguard at the City of Troy (Michigan). In 2016, they were an Undergraduate Learning Assistant at Michigan State University, where they assisted the Professor in the entry level engineering class curriculum and mentored freshman engineering students.

Elaine Schultz attended Michigan State University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Shrine Catholic High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a High School Diploma. In October 2018, they obtained an ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Certification from Oriel STAT A MATRIX.
