Michael C. Brown has worked in the engineering and science fields since 2010. Michael began their career as a Principal Clinical Engineer at HeartWare Inc in 2010. In 2016, they moved to Medtronic, where they were a Principal Scientist. Michael was responsible for developing software systems and algorithms to characterize and analyze performance of mechanical circulatory support products. Michael also developed indicators and alarms to improve patient management and quality of life. In 2021, they moved to Artio Medical, Inc. as a Principal Engineer.
Michael C. Brown attended Penn State University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering.
