Joana Neves

Joana Neves is a highly skilled Senior Scientist I at Artios since May 2018, specializing in various cell culture techniques, including adherent and suspension cell lines, as well as advanced methodologies such as CRISPR/Cas9 and flow cytometry. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientist and Research Associate, focusing on similar areas of expertise. Joana has contributed to the scientific community through publications, including research on synthetic lethality in BRCA-gene targeting. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Coimbra and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Algarve, complemented by significant research projects during Master's rotations and a thesis project investigating the effects of Parthenolide on lymphoid malignancies.
