Valentin Maxime Chenaux

Valentin Maxime Chenaux is a seasoned professional in the fields of investment banking, private equity, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Board Member at Positrigo and as a Board Observer for both Artiria Medical and Aspivix since March 2023, Valentin holds the position of General Partner at 4FOX Ventures, where a focus on Swiss healthcare and technology venture capital is maintained. In addition, Valentin serves as European Senior Advisor at Sino HK Capital Ltd. and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kalya Advisory, emphasizing family office services and global business development. Previous experience includes Vice President of Investment Banking at CIGP and Associate in the Corporate Finance Department at Deloitte. Valentin has an extensive educational background with degrees from the University of St. Gallen, Freie Universität Berlin, and HEC Lausanne.
