Jakiya Afrin

Jakiya Afrin is a seasoned Human Resource professional currently serving as a Senior Executive Human Resources (Recruitment & People Services Specialist) at ARTISAN Outfitters Ltd since October 2018, specializing in data analysis, talent sourcing, and recruitment processes. With prior experience as a Program Officer at BRAC and Office Manager at BIM Alumni Association, Jakiya has a strong background in coordination and organizational skills, alongside expertise in graphic design and digital marketing through freelance work with Fiverr. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Home Economics and a Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka and Bangladesh Institute of Management, respectively, along with ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Laws degree.
