As a Principal at VPEA Consulting since 2018, Stephen provides advisory services to the real estate sector, focusing on land and financial analysis, strategic vision, and sales training. Previously, Stephen held leadership roles at Beazer Homes and Meritage Homes, delivering significant sales and profitability improvements during each tenure. Notable achievements include successfully turning around operations at Beazer Homes with a 58% YOY sales increase and spearheading extensive growth initiatives at Meritage Homes.
