Lon Searle

Lon Searle has a diverse work experience. Lon has recently co-founded Artisan Labs in 2020 and is the CFO of the company. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at Property Management Inc. starting from 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the CFO of Northwest Cosmetics. Lon also has extensive experience at YESCO, where they held various roles. Lon was a franchise owner/operator from 2013 to 2015, during which time they also served as the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Lon successfully negotiated a $75 million line of credit and led financial teams in structured finance deals and buyouts. Lon managed a $20 million lease portfolio and a $30 million real estate portfolio. Lon also took on the role of President for a year, where they started a unique service and maintenance franchise and prepared filing with FTC. Additionally, they worked as a Controller at YESCO from 1996 to 2008.

Lon Searle obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Utah State University from 1989 to 1993. Lon then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from Utah State University from 1993 to 1994. Lon Searle also achieved several additional certifications including the Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in January 2005 and the CPA credential from the AICPA in January 1997. Moreover, Lon Searle obtained the GrowCFO certification from GrowCFO in May 2023.
