Jarrod Hogan

Jarrod Hogan is a leadership coach and the Head of People & Culture at Artisan Learning, where they focus on enhancing organizational development and fostering authentic growth. With experience as a Director of Operations at VIDA and an Education Specialist at Mercy Medical Center, Jarrod has a strong background in training and development. They also founded Forge & Flow Coaching, dedicated to empowering leaders. Jarrod has held various roles in operations and training throughout their career, including positions in the Army National Guard and Digital Diagnostics. They hold a degree from Kaplan University-Cedar Rapids Campus.
