Blake Rigel

Blake Rigel has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and counsel. Blake started their career at PWC as a Senior Tax Consultant from August 1993 to August 1998. Blake then moved on to Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where they worked as a Special Tax Counsel for 14 years from August 2001 to August 2015. Currently, they are employed at Artisan Partners as the Global Tax Director/Tax Counsel since September 2015.

Blake Rigel has a strong educational background in the field of law and accounting. Blake first pursued their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Miami University, completing it from 1989 to 1993. Later, they attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, specializing in Law, from 1998 to 2000. Finally, they furthered their legal education by attending the New York University School of Law for their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Taxation from 2000 to 2001.
