Tim Young

Tim Young has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Tim is currently the Principal Owner of Artisan Real Estate Associates, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, Tim worked as the Director of Operations at W.B. Wells from April 2019 to October 2021. From September 2013 to March 2019, Tim served as the Director of Business Development and Franchising at Summa Realty. Tim also held the role of National Sales Manager at NxSystemsinc from November 2010 to July 2011. Earlier in their career, Tim held leadership positions such as Vice President - Regional Manager at Security Title Guaranty from 2007 to 2008, and VP - Regional Manager at Ticor Title Insurance from 2002 to 2007. Tim also had experience as the Director of Land Development at Paladin Development from 2000 to 2002 and as an Administrative Specialist 2 at Washington County from 1994 to 2000. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated expertise in areas such as operations management, business development, land development, and compliance with legal and policy regulations.
