James Bulmer

James Bulmer is currently the Managing Director for England at Artisan Real Estate Limited. Previously, James held the position of Technical Director at Riva Homes and was a Partner at Invent Space LLP. With a background in architectural technology and engineering, James has also worked as a Senior Architectural Technician at Redrow Homes and David Wilson Homes. James obtained their degree in Architectural Technology, Affordable Housing, and Housing Supply from Leeds Beckett University after completing their Bsc (Hons) at Batley Grammar School.
