Haris Silic

Haris Silic has had a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Haris started off as an Interpreter at the U.S. Department of State in November 2002 and worked there until December 2004. Haris then transitioned into the role of Graphic Designer at UnitedHealth Group in March 2004 and continued until November 2005. Haris then joined The Laker as a Graphic Designer in November 2005 and stayed there until November 2008. In October 2008, they joined FHCN Publications as a Senior Designer and worked there until September 2010. Haris then took on the role of Creative Recruiter at Artisan Talent in February 2011 before moving up to the position of Recruiting Manager in February 2013. Haris continued to progress within the company and became the Managing Director in June 2015. Most recently, in February 2021, they were promoted to the position of Vice President at Artisan Talent.

Haris Silic obtained an M.P.S. degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute, which was completed between the years 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in 2014.
