Margot Beard is an experienced professional in talent relations and growth marketing, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Talent Relations at July since November 2022. At July, a platform designed for agencies and creators, Margot contributes to reshaping the creative landscape through innovative business solutions. Previously, Margot held the role of Director of Growth and Social Media Manager at Artisan Talent, a staffing agency focused on digital and creative talent. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Talent at DML Holdings, where Margot worked with wellness brands, and as Social Media and Brand Manager at Flagship Endeavors. Margot earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
