Dalton Becky

Dalton leads our GTM practice and is one of the most well connected exec recruiters in the business. Dalton, a Colorado native and extreme athlete grew up skiing, riding dirt bikes, playing ice hockey. The drive, determination and self discipline required to excel at extreme sports served him well as he started his career in Sales at Oracle. Although, quickly climbing the ranks as a top performer, it became apparent that the sluggish, bureaucratic culture wasn't cutting it. He wanted more. More innovation, agility, faster pace, high risk, high reward. Startup culture was beckoning. Andy Price recruited him to join SPMB while he was a rising star, to inject more sales blood into the company and build the GTM practice. Over 4 years at SPMB he executed more than 60 executive searches for some of the biggest names in the valley- ServiceNow, Hashicorp, Docusign, Mulesoft, Forescout to name a few. Dalton specializes in b2b GTM projects (marketing, sales, biz dev and customer success) both at the VP and C-level. At his core, he's fueled by competition and will run through walls to deliver the highest quality product. He's established his own brand in the market as being an "execution machine" and is maniacal about delighting his clients and creating wealth for them. In his spare time, put simply, he's an adrenaline junkie. Always trying to go fast(er), push the limit, or travel the world in seek of a thrill. Other times he can be found working on his golf game.
