Harry Jacobson

Harry Jacobson is a prominent figure in the healthcare sector, serving as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of ForBetterHealth (4BH) and MentorUp Collective Inc. Since 2018, Harry has held the position of General Partner at Health Care Innovative Partners and has been a Co-Founder and Partner at TriStar Health Partners since 2016. Additionally, Harry is a Board Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors at CeloNova BioSciences, Inc. and Seno Medical, as well as a member of the board for several other organizations including Salus, Inc., MindCare Solutions, and Gradalis, Inc. Harry Jacobson earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine, and completed a Nephrology Fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, along with a medical residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
