Reagan Shea

Reagan Shea is a dynamic professional in the film industry with a diverse range of experience in production and talent management. Currently serving as a Director's Assistant at Universal Pictures since February 2024, Reagan previously held several roles at Artists First, including Assistant to Co-President and Talent Management Intern. As a co-producer for notable USC School of Cinematic Arts projects, "Closing Time" and "Neurodivergent," Reagan demonstrated leadership skills recognized by peers and faculty. Additional internship experiences include positions at Mandalay Sports Media, Flynn Picture Company, and Denver Film Society, contributing to various aspects of film production and marketing. Reagan holds a degree from the University of Southern California, complemented by earlier education at the Singapore American School.
