Michael Swell

Michael Swell has extensive experience in the finance industry, particularly in fixed income portfolio management. From April 2007 to December 2021, Michael served as Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, leading the Global Fixed Income Portfolio Management division. Prior roles include Head of Fixed Income at FBR from August 2004 to August 2007 and Head of Securities Sales & Trading at Freddie Mac from August 1993 to August 2004. Michael began their career as an Associate at Lehman Brothers from 1989 to 1991 and later at BlackRock from August 1992 to August 1993. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Economics from Brandeis University, complemented by a brief stint at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Michael is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Economics and Finance at Brandeis University.
