Rohaya Roslee serves as the D&I Practice Lead for ASEAN, Greater China Region, Japan and Korea. Partnering with HR and Leadership Teams, she coaches, consults and advises to enable teams across geographies to contribute to the progress of Microsoft’s D&I journey. As part of the Global Diversity & Inclusion Team, she is the connector between the global teams and local/regional teams in the operationalization of D&I, making it relevant and impactful for employees in the geographies, yet in alignment to the global strategy.
