Jennifer Bush

Jennifer Bush is a senior legal and business executive with more than 20 years of experience leading public and privately held technology and life sciences companies in developing and executing on their business goals. Jennifer has a track record of success in building and monetizing intellectual property portfolios, leading successful strategic initiatives, and developing compliance programs in complex domestic and international environments in highly regulated industries. Prior to Artiva, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Organovo. Prior to that, she served in a senior legal role at Broadcom. Jennifer began her career as a commercial and intellectual property litigator at Fish & Richardson, where she spent 10 years representing companies in the life science, medical device, and software industries. She is a member of the San Diego Association of Corporate Counsel Board of Directors and serves as co-chair of its Programs Committee. She is also a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and other industry and professional associations. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in history and Latin American studies from Princeton University and her law degree from Yale Law School.
