Paul Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul is currently working as a Principal Scientist in Pharmacology at Artiva Biotherapeutics since September 2021. Prior to their postdoc, Paul was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, San Diego, where they researched CD4 T cell differentiation, activation, costimulation requirements, and the effect of antigen dose on the development of Th1 & Th2 subsets, from 1993 to 1996.

Paul's early career includes working as a Research Assistant at T Cell Sciences, Inc., where they successfully generated monoclonal antibodies to TCRs for diagnostics, from 1986 to 1987.

Paul Rogers attended UMass Chan Medical School from 1987 to 1993, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Immunology.
