Alexandra Dr. Beer

Alexandra Dr. Beer currently serves as the Director of Quality Systems & Excellence at Artivion EMEA since September 2025. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Senior Consultant in Medical Devices Quality at Qserve Group from October 2022 to September 2025, and held significant positions including VP of Quality and RA, and Director of Quality Assurance at Bruker BioSpin between April 2020 and October 2022. Additional experience includes roles at DEKRA Certification GmbH, Elsevier Information Systems GmbH, Teleflex Medical Service, and Richard Wolf, focusing on quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and efficiency improvement projects. Alexandra’s earlier career featured positions in quality and marketing management at Alcon Laboratories, Carl Zeiss Meditec France, and Carl Zeiss Meditec Oberkochen. Alexandra holds an MBA from a business school in Spain and a PhD in Technical Chemistry from ETH Zürich, along with a Master in Chemistry from The University of Bonn.
