Anasha Green

Anasha Dederick is a Senior Design Quality Engineer at Artivion, Inc. since August 2022, previously holding multiple engineering roles at Medtronic from April 2017 to August 2022, including Quality Engineer II and Quality Engineer I. Anasha possesses extensive experience in quality engineering, specializing in CAPAs and nonconformance reports, utilizing tools such as root cause investigation and DMAIC processes to drive quality improvements. Anasha contributed to the validation of new inspection technologies, collaborated cross-functionally to enhance manufacturing operations, and supported product development through rigorous testing and documentation. Anasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The College of New Jersey, where involvement included administrative support to the President and leadership as a Community Advisor.
