Brett Bickerton

Brett Bickerton is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Principal Process Engineer at Artivion, Inc. since October 2025, Brett previously held the position of Senior Manager, Engineering at Confluent Medical Technologies, overseeing a team while managing process development. At Varian, Brett worked as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, supporting research and development efforts. Earlier roles include Engineering Manager at International Biophysics Corporation, focusing on injection molding and product approvals, and various positions at On-X Life Technologies and 4D Design Inc., where Brett contributed to product development and manufacturing processes. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and has also studied Spanish abroad at Instituto de Tecnología e Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
