John Carnagey

John Carnagey has a diverse work experience, starting from their time as a Lieutenant in the US Navy submarine service to their current role as the Senior Director of Global Sustaining Engineering at Artivion, Inc. John has worked in various industries including medical devices and manufacturing. Throughout their career, they have held positions in engineering, management, and as a business owner. Notably, they have demonstrated expertise in directing sustaining engineering support, managing rental and investment properties, and overseeing engineering departments.

John Carnagey completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, which they pursued from 1981 to 1985. John then enrolled in the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Nuclear Engineering, serving from 1985 to 1987. Later on, John attended the University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1999, earning another Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Engineering.
