Thorve Räker has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, primarily in the healthcare industry. From 2019 to present, they worked at Artivion as the Director of Customer Service EMEA, where they led and developed multiple teams in customer service and logistics. Prior to this, they served as the Customer Service Manager at Artivion, focusing on process analysis and optimization, as well as team management. Before joining Artivion, Thorve worked at Wagner & Munz GmbH from 2011 to 2019, starting as a Customer Service Representative and eventually becoming the Teamlead for Customer Service in the laboratory and analysis department. Thorve also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Geizteile GmbH from 2008 to 2011. Thorve began their career at Ostermann GmbH & Co. KG, where they completed a salesperson training program in wholesale and foreign trade from 2004 to 2006.

Thorve Räker has a diverse education history.
