Sivan Zadik-Eliasaf

Sivan Zadik-Eliasaf is an experienced professional in organizational development, learning, and talent management, currently serving as the Head of L&D, Employee Experience, and Internal Communication at Artlist since March 2023. Previously, Sivan held the position of Senior L&D Lead at Cybereason, where foundational organizational development processes were established. At Teva Pharmaceuticals, from October 2012 to February 2022, Sivan advanced through multiple roles, culminating as Director of Executives Development and Talent Management, overseeing global talent management practices. Sivan also contributed as a Global L&D Business Partner and OD & Training Lead, enhancing leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness. Prior experience includes consulting work at NGG Global Consulting Solutions, focusing on leadership development and organizational change management. Sivan holds an MSc in Organizational Behaviour and Business from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Behavioural Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
