Joseph Sassano

Joseph Sassano is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with over three decades of experience in operational management and engineering. Since February 2014, Joseph has been leading operations at Artmetco, while also serving as Chief Operating Officer at MEP Technologies Inc. since November 2001. At MEP Technologies, Joseph oversees global operations, driving revenues of $35 million with a workforce of 250 employees. Key achievements include establishing global sourcing capabilities, implementing demand planning, and introducing lean operations. Prior roles include Operations Manager at MEP Technologies, where Joseph implemented ISO 9001 certification and expanded production capacity, and engineering positions at Valmet and SNC-Lavalin. Joseph holds a P.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
