Benoit Goudreault's work experience begins in 1994 when they became the President of Gartech, an enterprise specializing in the development of distribution networks and financing research. After leaving Gartech in 1999, they went on to work for Artopex in various roles, including Sales Representative from 2000 to 2001, Director of Sales from 2002 to 2004, Vice President of Sales for Canada from 2007 to 2010, and Vice President of Sales for Canada and the United States from 2010 onwards. Artopex is a Canadian office furniture manufacturer and one of the top 50 best-managed companies in Canada.
Benoit Goudreault obtained a Diploma d'étude Secondaire from Polyvalente Mont St-Bruno in 1986. Benoit then went on to attend Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA) degree in Administration from 1991 to 1994.
