Nihar Desai

Nihar Desai currently serves as the Program Lead for Language Data and AI Initiatives at ARTPARK since January 2023. Previously, Nihar held multiple roles at Ola Electric from July 2020 to December 2022, progressing from Program Manager in Marketing to Senior Program Manager in Strategy & Ops. Nihar's earlier experience includes working as a Special Initiatives lead focused on digitization at Innovative Tyres & Tubes Ltd from January 2017 to June 2020, and as a Director at Gaia Batteries Private Limited, overseeing plant setup and implementing a digitized governance module from January 2015 to April 2019. Nihar began a career at Larsen & Toubro as a Senior Engineer, after which involvement in the FormulaSAE Team led to a notable ranking in a competitive event. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
