Minh Nguyen

Minh Nguyen has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1999. Minh began their career at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they held the positions of Information Technology Manager, Information Technology Coordinator, and Information Technology Analyst I. In 2007, they became an IT Consultant for information technology, and also worked as a Senior Applications Developer/Master Scheduler for Novatel Wireless, Inc. In 2016, they took on the role of Supply Chain Software Quality Control Analyst for Verisk 3E and Materials Coordinator/Planner for Wycom Corporation. In 2019, they became a Fullstack Integration Tester for Charter Communications. In 2020, they held the role of Software Quality Analyst for both Capital One and T-Mobile, where they were a Software Quality Analyst III. Currently, they are a Lead QA Engineer and QA for Ark.

Minh Nguyen is currently enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University. Minh has also obtained several certifications from Lynda.com and LinkedIn in 2018, including Programming Foundations: Software Quality Assurance, Advanced Selenium: Testing Tools, JIRA Software: Basic Administration, Learning Python, Learning Salesforce Admin, Learning Selenium, and Planning and Releasing Software with JIRA.
