Paulo Vita

Paulo Vita has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of strategy and planning. Paulo is currently working as the Head of Strategy at Artplan since 2023. Before joining Artplan, they held various roles at ADA Strategy, including Partner and strategic leader for acceleration sprints focused on communication projects, branding, product development, and services. Paulo also worked as the Sprint & Strategy Leader at ADA Strategy. Prior to ADA Strategy, Paulo was the Head of Strategy at VMLY&R from 2020 to 2021. Paulo also worked at Young & Rubicam as the Head of Strategy from 2017 to 2020 and as the Planning Director from 2013 to 2017. Paulo has also held positions at DM9DDB as the Planning Director from 2010 to 2013, Lew'Lara\TBWA as the Planning Manager from 2008 to 2010, and Planning Supervisor from 2007 to 2008. Paulo started their career as a Planning Assistant at Young & Rubicam in 2004 and then worked as a Planning Assistant + Public Relations at TBWA\BR in 2004. Paulo also had internships at TBWA\BR as a Planning Intern + Public Relations from 2003 to 2004, and BatesBrasil as an Account Intern + Planning Intern from 2002 to 2003.
