Joanne Iannace has a long history of work experience in the software and web development industry. joanne began their career in 1999 as a Senior Systems Analyst at Ajilon Consulting, where they developed a suite of web-based applications, documented technical scripts and procedures, and provided training classes and assistance with software installation and analysis techniques. In 2006, they became the Owner of JCI Application Development Services, where they created and modified web-based business applications for various clients. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Developer for High Fidelity, Inc., coding development utilizing HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and AJAX for company web and mobile based applications. In 2015, they became a Consultant for Metric Insights, Inc., where they performed manual testing for JIRA tickets, created and updated User Help documentation, and liaised with clients to coordinate application upgrades, enhancements, and defect resolution. Lastly, in 2019, they joined Art+Logic as a Software Quality Assurance, where they oversee client projects, author detailed and comprehensive test plans, and performs Functional, Integration, Regression, and Smoke testing including API validation.
