Jorge Luis Cruzado is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event operations, project coordination, and advocacy within the arts and cultural sectors. Currently serving as an Event Operations Supervisor at both RA Venues - National Gallery of Victoria and Arts Centre Melbourne, Jorge leads the management of high-profile corporate events while ensuring exceptional client experiences. In addition, Jorge holds roles with the Midsumma Festival as a Board Observer and Advocacy Committee member, contributing to governance and community projects. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Melbourne Recital Centre and INTEGRO Compañía de teatro interdisciplinario, alongside event coordination and fundraising efforts across various organizations. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Universidad de Lima and a Digital Marketing diploma from Universidad del Pacífico.
