Flora Stamatiades

Flora Stamatiades has a diverse work experience in various industries. Flora is currently working as an Associate Vice President of Leadership Transitions at Arts Consulting Group since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of a Guest Lecturer at Various Companies since 2006. In 2020, they were a part of the leadership team at BROADWAY FOR BIDEN and also served as the Director of National Field Organizing. Flora was responsible for organizing entertainment professionals to support the Biden/Harris campaign and led the Field Team in various activities. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a COVID Safety Manager at Various Companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd in 2019 and as a Consultant at Brierpatch Productions L.P. in the same year. Their earliest work experience dates back to 1994, where they served as the National Director of Organizing & Special Projects at Actors' Equity Association. In this role, they negotiated agreements with non-Equity producers and played a key role in the creation of Tiered touring contracts.

Flora Stamatiades holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Theatre Management from Yale University, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre & Dance from Amherst College.
