Edward de Souza

Edward De Souza worked at Arts Council England from 2008 onwards, starting as an Officer for Finance and Business Analysis and gradually moving up to Senior Manager roles in Finance and Business Support, Funded Organisations, and Investment Systems. Edward then became the Director of Investment Operations and Resources in April 2016. Prior to their time at Arts Council England, De Souza was the General Manager at the Channel Theatre Trust from 2001 to 2008. Edward also worked as the Front of House Manager at The Marlowe from 1999 to 2008.

Edward De Souza completed their education with the following degrees and certificates:

- In 2020, they received a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.

- In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Knowledge Academy.

- From 1999 to 2001, they pursued an MMus degree in Music Composition from Canterbury Christ Church University.

- Between 1995 and 1998, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music and Social Sciences with a focus on Cultural Studies, also from Canterbury Christ Church University.
