Isniati Ali's work experience is as follows:

- From 2021 to the present, Isniati Ali worked as the Director of Human Resource & IT at Arts House Limited (AHL). In this role, they developed and implemented effective HR strategies and programs, and oversaw the development and support of IT infrastructure and systems.
