Arts Midwest
Anne Romens is a committed arts leader with more than 15 years’ experience managing national arts programs, building and supporting teams, and making big ideas actionable. As Vice President of Arts Midwest, she oversees communications, fundraising, and programming activities for the organization.
Her portfolio includes building and launching initiatives that drive innovation and growth for the organization, overseeing Arts Midwest’s partnership and donor strategy, and testing new ideas that celebrate and advance Midwestern creativity in all its forms.
Prior to joining Arts Midwest in 2009, Anne worked across various social sectors with roles in museums, higher education, affordable housing, and organizations serving survivors of domestic violence.
Anne uses she/her/hers pronouns.
