Arianna Merlo has extensive experience in brand and product management, primarily within the toy industry at Artsana Group since April 2004, where roles have included Group Brand Manager & Licensing Manager Toys, Senior Product Manager for Infant Toys, and Product Manager for Preschool Toys. Expertise encompasses innovation management, market analysis, marketing strategy, and product development processes. Prior to Artsana Group, Arianna served as Project Manager for IKEA Family & Catalogue, focusing on promotional activities and employee training at the Carugate store, and as Junior Product Manager at PUPA Milano, assisting with make-up collection development. Education includes a Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations from IULM University and a Scientific high school diploma.
