Roslyn Houser

Roslyn Houser is a partner with Goodmans LLP where she specializes in property development matters. Roslyn has worked with developers, municipalities, charities, and non-profit organizations on a wide variety of development projects across the Province of Ontario, including a number of large city-building projects in the Greater Toronto area.

She has been recognized as a leading practitioner in her field by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Best Lawyers in Canada, and Chambers Canada. She has lectured at the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, Osgoode Hall Law School, the Ontario Association of Architects, and the real estate program at the Rotman School of Business.

Roslyn’s work on cultural development projects has included the National Ballet School, the Design Exchange and the new Tom Patterson Theatre in Stratford.
