Emilia De Stasio, CFA

Emilia De Stasio, CFA has a wealth of experience in financial analysis and investment management. Emilia began their career in 2015 as a Trainee Analyst at the European Banking Authority, where they developed financial models to assess the impact of proposed EU-wide banking sector regulations. Emilia then moved to the European Central Bank as a Trainee Analyst and was selected as the most junior team member to conduct the asset quality review and stress testing of Greek banks. In 2016, they joined Moody's Investors Service as an Associate Analyst - Macro Financial Analysis, leading a research working group of 12 senior analysts in evaluating and forecasting the implications of Brexit for rated issuers.

In 2019, De Stasio became a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program and an Investment Manager at Future Flow Group, where they managed a portfolio of tech-driven start-ups. Emilia also became a Startup Mentor at Eligent Accelerator, supporting startup founders with mentoring on financial topics and business development areas. In 2020, they joined UCL Innovation & Enterprise as a Startup Mentor in Investment and Love Ventures as a Venture Scout. Most recently, in 2021, De Stasio became the COO and Founder of Artscapy, an online community dedicated to art.

Emilia De Stasio, CFA holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from the University of South Florida. Emilia also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in May 2021.
