Jamie Siebenaler has extensive experience in managing and supervising Box Office operations and staff at ArtsEmerson. Jamie has successfully facilitated high levels of customer service, collaborated with internal staff committees, and provided detailed ticketing platform administration. Additionally, Jamie has experience in website administration, customer service, ushering, and video editing from previous roles at All Things Food, Emerson College, and GENERATIONS cinemastories. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Media Arts: Digital Post Production from Emerson College.
