Courtney Halter

Courtney Halter is an experienced professional currently serving as the Vice President of Development at ArtsinStark since September 2024. Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Director of Operations for the Downtown Canton Partnership at Leonard Resource Group from June 2023 to September 2024. Courtney has also served as the Director of Graduate and Degree Completion Enrollment at Walsh University and as Executive Director at Shipley Child Health Clinic. Additionally, Courtney has a significant tenure at Aultman Health Foundation, where responsibilities included Director of The Women's Board of Aultman Hospital and Foundation Operations, Director of Strategy and Corporate Operations, and Coordinator of High Reliability & Corporate Operations. Earlier experiences include roles at Aultman College of Nursing and Health Sciences and as Help Desk personnel at Aultman Health Foundation. Courtney earned a Master's in Business Administration from Walsh University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, along with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Stark State College.
